Assistant Digital Project Manager

Description:

The Digital Project Manager (DPM) is responsible for coordinating day to day efforts for all Company digital projects. The DPM should act as a bridge between the Account Management, Creative, Media and Broadcast departments to develop project schedules, enforce deadlines, identify potential challenges and research solutions. Ultimately, the DPM will be responsible for the on-time delivery/launch of each project. One –two years of experience required.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Partner with AM's to provide feedback and assistance in the development of interactive campaign strategy for existing clients

· Manage timeline for interactive campaigns including schedules, milestones, overall budget and hours by discipline and final delivery dates

· Work with Account Management to develop creative briefs and work orders for interactive campaigns

· Act as liaison between Account Management, Creative, Media and Broadcast departments and outside technology vendors for interactive projects to ensure precise communication of needs, roles and responsibilities to deliver the project successfully

· Liaison with media department to manage media requirements and schedules for creative delivery

· Liaison with broadcast department to oversee trafficking of units to online properties

· Provide updates to Interactive Strategist on regular basis regarding status and deliverables of all interactive projects

· Responsible for collecting/distributing digital best practices with other departments and colleagues to help foster an integrated way of thinking

· Maintain the digital library of resource for research, case studies, relevant examples and emerging technology in the interactive space

· Assemble weekly metric reports from Google Analytics and other tracking software to the Interactive Strategist for current projects

The ideal candidate is an organized, efficient, multi-tasker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. 2-3 years of knowledge and experience in the digital space a strong plus.
