Our client in the Horsham area is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to fill their opening. Daily activites include (but are not limited to):
Supporting the Transactional/Contracts Group in the Legal Affairs department
Drafting and preparing agreements, correspondence and memoranda
Organizing and filing large volumes of agreements, memoranda and other documents
Maintaining and updating the filing systems daily
Dealing with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization
Assembling and maintaining the confidentiality of highly and sensitive information
Scheduling and organizing meetings, conference calls and travel schedules
Sorting, opening and distributing mail
Responding to regularly occurring requests for information
Answering phones and relaying clear and accurate messages
Requirements
Knowledge of MS Word (with Track Changes) and Data Entry required PowerPoint, Excel, and Lotus Notes knowledge preferred Interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work cohesively with all levels of personnel Position continually requires demonstrated organizational and filing skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written Must be able to work occasional overtime as requested
Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
***Hours Expected: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM***
