Performs office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; answering calls; conferences and travel; receiving, referring and answering mail. Reviews and prepares documents for distribution within and outside of the organization (fedex, mail) ; Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to assignments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities / Percentage of time

Provides administrative support to the manager and additional department members such as, telephone coverage, database updates, routine correspondence, appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, expense report preparation, mail and fax distribution and development of PowerPoint presentations. Organizing meetings. - 90% 2. Other projects and duties as required/assigned -10%

Need at least 2 to 3 years trademark experience, preferably working with trademark agents worldwide. Need a knowledge of trademark law worldwide. Updated and created records in trademark database in the past.
Education Required: High School diploma or GED required.
Education Preferred Formal training in office procedures or current software systems is helpful.
Experience Required: Three years related legal office experience in trademark work is required.
Strong computer skills in current software programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
