Location: North Wales, Pennsylvania, US

Description: Our client, a large Corporation in North Wales, PA is seeking a temporary Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to Senior Management, and provide overall support for the department (including but not limited to) filing, typing, calendar management, mail, expense reporting, time keeping, phone support, travel planning, executive presentations, etc. in an efficient and organized manner. 


Requirements:

  • Travel, limited domestic


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Provide general administrative support to VP and directors in the group
2. Preparation of senior management and board presentations
3. Interface with key expecutives of other companies and organizations and customers; both by phone and in person
4. Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and visitors
5. Maintain Kronos time keeping for department
6. P-Card activities for supplies, etc., and reconcile monthly
7. Follows compliance policies and procedures
8. Other duties as assigned or as business needs require

• Strict maintenance of confidential information as needed
• Tight deadlines met for the preparation of reports/presentations

Position Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Formal training in office procedures or current software systems
• At least 5 years experience in a senior administrative role
• Minimum one year previous related experience in similar department/function in a high-paced environment
• Windows applications a must including proficiency in Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Lotus Notes

• Demonstrates the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Salary: $18.00/ hour 

Hours: 8:00 AM -  5:00 PM
Monday through Friday

3-6 months (possibly longer)
